Attending to customers in a professional manner

The ith atelier is also starting a new year after the winter break.

This year, I would like to continue to create one ring at a time, sincerely attending to each and every one of our customers.

There is something that I value in order to be faithful to the customers who come to ith. That is for us, who are involved in making rings, to be professionals.

The effort to acquire specialized knowledge and skills, the desire for improvement, and the dedication to thoroughly study unknown aspects until one is satisfied contribute to a persuasive approach that goes beyond the atmosphere and momentum of the moment. I believe this is the true essence of empathizing with customers.

The ideal for ith is to be involved as professionals, ensuring that couples choosing a ring for the first time feel confident and secure. We aim to guide them in making a decision they can cherish for a lifetime, avoiding any uncertainties that may arise from purchasing without a clear understanding.

Our concierges are committed to talking with our customers to deepen their knowledge and learning about rings so that they can find a ring that is right and satisfying for them, rather than just buying a ring because they think they need it.

The concierges in ith's atelier vary in experience and knowledge, some of whom are originally well-versed in craftsmanship and jewellery, and some who are not. However, all of them have a great responsibility to be involved in the creation of a precious ring that will be worn once in the customer's lifetime.

We study hard every day to be able to provide professional explanations to customers based on the knowledge we have gained through learning about the properties and composition of metals and through hands-on experience in production.

In addition to creating rings ordered by customers every day, craftsmen also make efforts to improve their skills by practicing on their own and exchanging opinions with other craftsmen.

ith rings are completed through everyone's daily step-by-step efforts.

I have been studying gemology since last June. Gemology is a specialized study of gem materials, from their origins to how they are used in jewellery. I had some experience learning about gemstones when I was a student, but I realized that I still needed to accumulate a lot of knowledge in order to provide adequate explanations when talking with customers in my atelier, which is what prompted me to study.

In my studies, I gradually deepened my understanding of gemology by learning about the chemical composition of gemstones, learning what causes the same mineral to have different variant names, and conducting necessary inspections for gemstone identification.

I hope that by learning, I can contribute to creating an environment at ith where customers can order their precious rings with even greater confidence than before.

I hope that the time spent in ith's atelier and the memories created there will bring brightness and happiness to both of you.
